The Legal Review Checklist, while not a substitute for legal advice, assists clients in their assessment of needs and approaches. 

We recommend that a client consider the checklist and then review it with legal counsel - as an initial step in the client-lawyer relationship, and from time to time as a matter of continuous improvement.
